Monday saw the wheels fall off the wagon again, but 2 blips in over 3-weeks isn’t too bad going really. The day had got off to a good start with a dog walk in the beautiful countryside surrounding our village… I then got on with a few chores such as shopping and buying more paint…
Sunday was a nice club ride to Launde Abbey, although due to the location it was pretty hilly! Thankfully my hill climbing has improved though, so although there were some pretty tough climbs, overall I really enjoyed the morning.
