On Saturday we went to meet a friend at Belton House, near Grantham, where we had a nice walk and a spot of lunch… as well as having a browse round the shop for some creative ideas…
That was after I’d got up early to complete the first phase of my triple cooked chips for dinner later in the day!
It was then home to cook sous vide steak and macaroni cheese for dinner, as we were having friends round for the evening. In the end it was a great evening and worth all the effort… especially getting up early to do the chips!
